1 Peter 5:10 And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.
Storms are something that we are all familiar with during our journey…and you have heard it said before ; we are on our way into one, in the middle of one, or coming out of one…and just what kind of storm is approaching?…
Is it a sin induced storm?…maybe it’s one of disobedience, that’s when self examination is needed…make that difference in humbling yourself before God Almighty asking for repentance and turn away from that sin in your life…He’s there to lift you up not beat you up…He desires a close relationship with you and it’s not possible when we are disobedient to Him…
Then there is obedience induced storms that may come your way…Jesus may call you into a storm, not every storm is from satan…we must surrender ourselves unto Him and asking the Holy Spirit to reveal what is to be learned from this storm…that’s where our relationship with Him helps us discern the reason and the strength to get through it…
Remember God either directs or allows all things, put your trust in Him…humble yourself, pray, and study the Word of God…and He will get you to the other side…in being more like Jesus than ever before…He has delivered you before and He will do it again…
Father, we thank You for being with us during all storms in our lives ; in that You will never leave us nor forsake us…and thank You for loving us and never giving up on us…
