2 Corinthians 4:15 For all things are for your sakes, that grace, having spread through the many, may cause thanksgiving to abound to the glory of God.
I’m very thankful that God has given this day called Thanksgiving…a time to celebrate all the blessings that He has bestowed upon us, the air we breath, the food we eat, our shelter, our transportation…and let us not forget our physical, mental, and Spiritual health…but most of all our Jesus, the ultimate gift of Salvation…in that we can be forgiven our sins, have eternal life, and have a relationship with God the Father…
It’s also a time to reflect on those who God has blessed us with in our lives…for someone that seems to be distant from us, someone different than us, and or someone that needs to be reaffirmed on how much you care and love them…this happens in all of our lives, but make that special effort to text them, call them, and or give them a hug…showing them the fruits of The Spirit that God has given you to share…
The most important things in life are not things, but relationships with those we love and care about…perhaps this day you can share some kindness and love with someone who needs it the most but least deservs it...Enjoy the journey...
Father God, we thank You, we honor You, we glorify You in all good things You have blessed us with in our lives…we pray for those dealing with difficulties, with illness / diseases, and or the loss of a loved ones…fill their spirits, hearts, souls, and minds with Your love and peace…In the Name of Jesus…Amen…
